Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, our streamlined process ensures you get back to the pool as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items with original tags still attached into a secure shipping box or mailer, including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
